If you sell or distribute obligated electronic products in or into British Columbia, you are required to be part of a product management program approved by the Government of British Columbia.
EPRA British Columbia manages a government-approved program that is established by manufacturers, retailers and other stakeholders to collect and responsibly recycle electronic waste.
The program is funded through an Environmental Handling Fee (EHF) that is charged on the sale and distribution of regulated products in or into the province, and remitted to EPRA British Columbia.
Businesses selling regulated electronic products can meet their obligations by joining the EPRA British Columbia Program. Online Registration is available.
