Registration is now open.

If you sell or distribute obligated electronic products in or into Newfoundland and Labrador, you are required to be part of a product management program approved by the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador.

Electronic Products Recycling Association (EPRA) Newfoundland and Labrador manages a government-approved program that is established by manufacturers, retailers and other stakeholders to collect and responsibly recycle electronic waste.

The program is funded through an Environmental Handling Fee (EHF) that is charged on the sale and distribution of regulated products in or into the province, and remitted to EPRA Newfoundland and Labrador.

Businesses selling regulated electronic products can meet their obligations by joining the EPRA Newfoundland and Labrador Program.  Online Registration is available.
