If you sell or distribute obligated electronic products in or into Prince Edward Island, you are required to be part of a product management program approved by the Government of Prince Edward Island.

Electronic Products Recycling Association (EPRA) Prince Edward Island manages a government-approved program that is established by manufacturers, retailers and other stakeholders to collect and responsibly recycle electronic waste.

The program is funded through an Environmental Handling Fee (EHF) that is charged on the sale and distribution of regulated products in or into the province, and remitted to EPRA Prince Edward Island.

Businesses selling regulated electronic products can meet their obligations by joining the EPRA Prince Edward Island Program.
