Recycler Qualification Office and Standards

EPRA Newfoundland and Labrador has implemented the Recycler Qualification Program (RQP), which defines our minimum requirements for auditing and approving recyclers to ensure that end-of-life electronics (EOLE) are handled in a manner that protects the environment and worker health and safety. Note: An assessment and approval under the RQP, by our Recycler Qualification Officer, neither guarantees a Recycler a contract with EPRA Newfoundland and Labrador, nor does it guarantee any allocation of the EPRA Newfoundland and Labrador material. Following verification under the RQP, the Recycler must apply to EPRA Newfoundland and Labrador to access program materials. Only after receiving a copy of the Recycler’s Statement of Verification will EPRA Newfoundland and Labrador make its determination to negotiate or re-negotiate a contract to have the Recycler provide services to the program.
