To avoid payment delays, please ensure all invoices reflect:

1) our new address; 238A Brownlow Avenue, Suite 102, Dartmouth, NS B3B 2B4

2) the new provincial HST rate of 14% as of April 1, 2025

3) complete back-up documentation, including current transportation documents

NOTE: Program-approved electronics collected at any EPRA Drop-off Centre will be accepted free of charge. However, some collectors may offer value-added services, such as data destruction or home pick up for a fee – individuals or businesses using such services are responsible for all applicable costs.
