The Electronic Products Recycling Association is proud to announce the appointment of Frédérick St-Onge as Executive Director for Québec.
With over 15 years experience in the field of deposit-refund systems and having held several key positions at Consignaction and RECYC-QUÉBEC, Frédérick will leverage his expertise to benefit the Québec program for the recovery and reclamation of electronic products by promoting its image and contributing to its expansion.
Frédérick has a bachelor’s degree in political science and is highly skilled in finance, strategy, and government relations. He succeeds Dominique Levesque who launched the program in 2012 and announced her retirement in 2025.
This appointment marks an important milestone for EPRA, attesting its willingness to pursue its commitment to the Québec population and offer its stewards a recognized and efficient compliance program.
