Since cell phones and other small electronic devices don’t take up a lot of space, they are often forgotten at the bottom of a drawer. Yet, some may still work and could be reused in some way. As for devices that no longer work and can’t be repaired, they’ve reached the end of their useful life and are ready to be recycled.
